We offer high quality hydrographic and geophysical surveys for navigation, dredging operations, charting, marine construction and more. Scope of work
The role as Project Manager is a full-time position located in our office in Frihamnen with a spectacular view of the Gothenburg harbor.
As a Project Manager you have the responsibility for all steps in the project process, including to plan, lead and follow-up projects from start to finish. You will report and work close to the company’s Project Execution Manager to ensure high quality deliveries to our clients. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare project documentation prior to start of new projects
- Lead internal and external kick-off meetings
- Maintain client communication and follow-up during projects
- Ongoing coordination and follow-up of project progress with department managers, offshore- and onshore personnel
- Lead project meetings and conduct Lessons Learned at the end of each project
- Coordinate and follow-up HSEQ reports and present statistics
- Responsible for budget, monitoring of hours and costs for projects
- Lead internal projects including planning of budget, time and resources together with Project Execution Manager
In the role as Project Manager, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to internal- and external marketing and communication strategies. Business travels in Sweden and Europe are conducted when needed.
Who we are looking for
We are reaching out to you who have 3-5 years of experience from leading projects where you have been responsible for communicating with clients, leading teams and final delivery. You are a fast learner and take responsibility for your work tasks. You have developed an ability to determine when to prioritize what and have established a way of structure and follow-up your own, as well as the projects’, progress. The role requires you to always be one step ahead and make sure that delivery to clients is made according to set deadlines.
Others would describe you as a team player with a flexible mindset who are agile when circumstances change (as they do in our world). You have an eye for identifying areas of improvement and take your initiatives forward. You enjoy working both independently as well as in a team and are good at maintaining professional work relations. To succeed in the role, you are communicative and responsive to the needs and requests from clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- An educational background in project management, economy, business administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ documented experience from leading projects
- Professional proficiency level in English (organizational language)
Merits (not mandatory):
- Previous experience from the marine survey industry
- A background of offshore work or vessel knowledge
- Managing HSEQ reports

Our recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of several evaluation steps to ensure a qualitative process.
